Same boat, turns out dairy seems to be the major cause of my acne breakouts. Eliminating all dairy for now, will try lactose free milk and whey isolate later. Anyways I make do with:
    >eggs
    >steak
    >ground beef (chilli with beans, mostly)
    >chicken breast
    >whole grain pasta
    >broccoli
    >peas
    >nuts
    >salmon
    >sardines
Snacking is harder without dairy. Your best bet is probably deenz straight out of the can, maybe with some bread or quick scrambled/hard boiled eggs, or beef jerky. Jerky is anything but quick, but it's easy as frick to make in bulk and lasts months if not years. Nuts are convenient, but not low kcal.

Me too man. The weird thing is that I’ve been eating and drinking dairy without any issues my whole life, up until about a year ago. Wtf man I swear they started doing something weird to cows recently that’s causing this

You can get egg white protein as well for example. Zero lactose there.

Some cheeses will contain bacteria that can eat the lactose for you, so if you eat enough cheese you can increase tolerance. On top of that, I belive that if your body produces any lactase, that ramping up dairy will signal your body to slowly start producing more. Anyone who is white and lactose intolerant is either
    >not white
    >memed into eating no dairy for more than a year

You are likely eating a very cheap cheese. Check the additives and ingredients. You are likely allergic to something.

It's fricked up where our society has fallen when people can't even be tolerant of lactose anymore.
What did lactose ever do to you, OP?

Dairy was never meant for human consumption. We're just going through the growing pains of evolutionary adaptation.
