    3000 is literally just two 1500kcal meals, it is easy. If you cannot consume 1500kcal within 30 minutes, you need to expand your stomach (unironically) by eating more than you usually do. If it makes you want to vomit, hit that limit twice a day. If you have zero saliva left to eat, swallow using water. Just get it in. Yesterday I ate 1700 kcal in one dinner. It was around 220g of spaghetti, tomato sauce with cream and cheese in it, and 250g of minced beef and a beer. That's 800 + 300 + 540 + 100. It fricking fits if you make it fit

    1. You diet is lacking in the vitamins and minerals which are essential for good health and building muscle
    2. You're not getting enough good quality sleep, hours aren't as important as the quality
    3. You are not working out properly, you need to make your muscles tired. Easiest way to do this is to do a set until failure, then quickly lower the weight and keep going to failure, lower the weight and go to failure, this will fatigue your muscles immensely and prompt them to grow

    >peanut butter (5 scoops)
    >honey
    >1-2 bananas

    Calories are much easier to drink than eat, at some point your diet will vary but it's a matter of patience.

    If all else fails, MK677 will give you a ravenous appetite. People mostly use it because it increases growth hormone production but frankly it's pretty weak and pointless for that purpose. But it is also a ghrelin agonist, a hormone that controls hunger. Overall, it's the most effective drug for increasing hunger. There are other options but it works the best. It's also good to mention that because it effects your GH and insulin it can effect your blood sugar. In theory, it's possible if you abused the shit out of it and ate lots of sugar for a long period of time you could give yourself type 2 diabeetus.

    I'd guess you're trying to fc the whole diet thing and that's why you are not gaining any weight, speaking from experience when I started eating somewhat dirty I actually started making gains, now don't go out drinking a bottle of rapeseed oil or some shit but allow yourself to eat thing like bread or animal fats, challahs unironically saved me, also assuming you live off of caffeine, try to eat before it
