    mix it with cinnamon and a little bit of honey, then add sliced banana and crushed wallnuts and drizzle a little bit more honey. Its great. Alternatively, if you have a blender throw in your cheese with berries, cinnamon, banana and a little bit of milk and you have great smoothie.

    Cottage cheese is just fricking nasty. For months, I tried it with bananas, tuna, eggs, even just by itself with some spices. Honestly I just stick to Greek yogurt and berries now. I’ve accepted that despite having kino macros, cottage cheese is too nasty to me, I genuinely wish I could stomach the taste and enjoy it but I can’t.

      No issue with that at all. If you don't like eating something, it wont satisfy you. That will lead you to craving and eventually eating something you didn't want to because you never felt "good" after eating the cottage cheese. Over time the macros for yogurt will be > cottage cheese + indulgence. At least thats how it works for me.

    i usually just eat quark cuz its cheaper per kg but the texture and taste of cottage cheese is just way superior for straight up eating it out of the container, even the fat free version

    5% fat yogurt is tastier and if you add a splash of milk, it becomes creamy and no longer a dry paste as you enjoy it.

    just get greek yogurt bro, mix in some cinnamon, vanilla and sucralose. also I've been doing cold pressed cacao powder, vanilla and sucralose, gets real thick. you could also mix in some low sugar jam

    I put it on bagels or in with my eggs. Especially with the eggs I can hardly taste anything. Taken straight the taste is nearly identical to my plain greek yogurt anyway. I expected to hate it but it's not bad at all to me.

    I add and blend it into my protein shakes. It will gaste like the flavour you picked + slightly acidic. Add a tiny tiny amount of sweetener to compendate for it and you are golden

    That must be small curd, looks gross. I always get large curd and eat it plain, delicious. But brands matter too cuz I have had bad ones before, don't remember what brands though.

    basically use it like you'd use sour cream with savory things
