    You hate legs because you don't do it. If you do it you will come to love it like any lift. It sucks at first. It's just more noticeable than other body parts cus you have to actually walk around.
    Things that suck but become awesome
    >deadlifts
    >squats
    >pull ups
    >shoulder press
    >reverse curls
    Things that don't really become more enjoyable imo
    >bent over rows
    >dead hangs
    >calf raises
    things I always liked and have stayed that way
    >curl variations
    >side raises
    >front raises
    things that are boring but I should probably do but I don't
    >rear felt flys
    >face pulls
    >calf raise variations
    >cardio

    play football(soccer) I never do legs and I have really lean muscular legs from when I used to play or just run but you will frick your feet up and it won't look that good

    I've started to actually enjoy leg day, since it's way more taxing and tougher than back/chest, still my least trained group but probably the strongest. Lately got great definition in my quads too, also got mired twice doing lmao2pl8 squats lol

    By neglecting your lower half you are also neglecting your upper half, and vice versa. You're basically cutting your gains in half if you were to only train upper body.
