Stopped drinking, took ZMA, lifted an hour a day to really out of gas by 10pm
I don't drink and i already lift and do cardio, yet i can't sleep, it makes no sense, i even take sleeping pills
You don't want to take sleeping pills
How much do you sleep each day? When do you sleep? You should track that.
>How much do you sleep each day?
Smartwatch says like 9 hours
>When do you sleep?
Yesterday i went to bed at 0:00, other days i go at 2:00 or even 3:00
What is zero? When you said 12am did you mean 12pm?
I'm not used to use this format of time sorry, i'm european
Yeah 0:00 is 12am and when i said 12am i meant to say 12pm
Why mix format then. Just say 0:00 and 12:00 moron
You might have delayed sleep phase disorder
You need to do this:
Going to try this, again, i went to the doctor and he just told me to take pills until my sleep was normal again
What pills?
Also the pills thing will help but not if you take them everyday, they'll stop being affective and it makes you even more drowsey the next day when you havnt got to sleep. Take them only when you really really need them
I wouldn't say that because OP didn't specify what type of pills they were
The pills i take have no melatonin, they have a sedative effect
Are they antipschotics? Are they sedatives? Are they sleeping pills (tranquilizers)? Are they vitamins?
>Doxylamine belongs to a group of drugs called antihistamines, which have sedative properties.
It's just a mild sedative
Yes, I have a circadian rhythm disorder. I just go to sleep when I'm sleepy but that means I don't work.
I'm going to try light therapy
Nope you're the only one not even in medical textbooks yet
I went to bed at 0:00 and i woke up at 12 am, that means i haven't slept until 4 am at least, i'm so tired of losing the morning to do things because of this shit
You need to fix your sleep cycle
Take melatonin at night
Wake up in the morning and get in the sunlight straight away
Avoid light at night, use blue light filters
>Wake up in the morning and get in the sunlight straight away
tfw no sunlight at 5:12AM
Is your room pitch black? if not fix it so it is, or get a sleep mask
Yes it is
Some pills the doctor prescribed me, they don't have melatonin afaik
You need to synchronise your sleep cycle to the day
What type of doctor was it? You need to see a sleep doctor.
take small dose melatonin (0,5mg at most) and listen to some ambient or classical music while laying down
if you force yourself to get up at 6-8am and force yourself to lift and stay up to 9pm/10pm your sleep cycle will adjust after 3/4 days. Sucks and is very easy to stay in bed till lunch time when you didnt fall asleep until 4am. Lifting on little sleep also sucks but very quickly your sleep cycle will kick in and adjust but from then you will find its smooth sailing. Also no caffiene after 3pm.
Magnesium and fish oil when you get into bed. Add a nice sleep mask and it's all over. Skip Magnesium a night of your dreams get too vivid & you don't like that.
Was like that all through out high school and college. Only thing that fixed it was going to bed at the exact same time everyday, even on weekends.
Yeah i think that'll be the best, before this problem i had to go to sleep at 3am because i fell of sleep, then i started working again and i used to work overnight, that fricked up my sleep
take moron pills
