I counted my calories, and on an average day I eat maybe 1300-1400 a day, yet I'm still stuck at 185lbs (down from 230, 6'2'') looking to cut down to 155/165. any tips? progress has slowed down a ton and its super gay

Pretty sure this depends on frame. Look up what your frame is and what ideal weight should be. Bmi is just an index and body fat is more accurate. According to BMI i could weigh 135lbs and I wouldnt be under weight at 5 10. Ive been 165 skaterboi teen. Id want lower bf at 165 but never less weight

you are counting wrong and actually eating around 1800
1 egg 2/3 cup egg white 140 cal breakfast , 5oz chicken breast and 1/4 cup rice ~230 cal lunch, same for dinner, 130 cal scoop protein powder 70cal cup berries smoothie and 200 cal protein bar. Coffee hot sauce etc I round that to 1300. I know Im moronic but I’m not missing anything right ?
I use a scale and i go by gram. I do not use the "cup" as a measurement like Americans. I would suggest that you try logging it by grams and be on the gram because there is a possibility that you are getting bigger serving sizes then you think because you use cup and eye measurement. Do not round up or down. Make sure you also measure cooking oils and everything else. Your margin of error should be 5+ or - on every macro a day and no more then 50cals above daily target. If it turns out you are measuring accurately, then i would suggest upping your daily activity trough walking more as that is less demanding on recovery.
a cup is a unit of volume, you can measure units of volume with containers of volume. Idk why you posted a paragraph to tell us that you're a moron but do try and be better in the future

CICO doesn't work, never worken (even when it was called the "Atwater System") and will never work. We cannot bulk on coal and uranium and we cannot calculate fat loss by cutting calories.
