Depends on your age, gender, activity level, how much you're eating, and a million other factors. Just start small with the drinks, then when you stall on weight loss, take another step (like no more snacks). Since you obviously have no experience this will be difficult so it's better not to jump straight into the deep end.

If i had to guess based on how fricking stupid you seem id say youre just overeating on gym days. Then you undereat on off days. Theres zero reason to split your calories up into seperate days like that beyond the fact that you like to or it’s easier for you to stick to. Bit if its working theres not really an issue

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and one snack. You‘ll drop 10 pounds in the first month. I guarantee you. Eat a balanced diet. Don‘t fall for fad diets. If you cut out bread you’ll lose weight but eventually you’ll start eating it again and gain the weight back. You need to find a permanent change that actually works for you.
