      Most people who are overweight drink their calories in alcohol/soda, so the easiest step is no caloried drinks. Options for zero calorie drinks include
      >water
      >tea (no cream/sugar obviously)
      >coffee
      >sugarfree energy drinks and diet soda (these are bad and you shouldn't drink them but they will help with cravings)

Since you obviously have no experience this will be difficult so it's better not to jump straight into the deep end.
          Remember that 95% of people who lose weight gain it back. This is because they do a temporary diet and once they lose the weight they go back to the lifestyle that made them fat in the first place. It's better to start small and make lasting changes to your habits around food and health.

          I have been doing ADF 36/12 for 3 weeks now and I am down 25lbs.
          I am 6' tall, 28, and got to a disgusting 245lbs after being a depressed homosexual for a year.
          3500 calories in a pound of fat. Just do the TDEE math. (65x3500)/TDEE.

          If you add exercise on top you can speed it up.
          Goggins lost 100lbs in 3 months.

                I used to eat 2000 kcal for 10 months straight until I stopped losing weight, but more than half a year has passed since then.

                If i had to guess based on how fricking stupid you seem id say youre just overeating on gym days. Then you undereat on off days. Theres zero reason to split your calories up into seperate days like that beyond the fact that you like to or it’s easier for you to stick to. Bit if its working theres not really an issue

    Do the snake diet and walk a frick ton. You do that and you’ll lose a lot of weight. The harder part will be keeping it off once you’ve lost it.

    If you plan all of your meals and eat in moderation the weight will just fall off you. I recommend going to the grocery store every day instead of buying everything all at once for the whole week. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and one snack. You‘ll drop 10 pounds in the first month. I guarantee you. Eat a balanced diet. Don‘t fall for fad diets. If you cut out bread you’ll lose weight but eventually you’ll start eating it again and gain the weight back. You need to find a permanent change that actually works for you.

    Yes but if you don’t hammer out the habits that made you fat in the first place you’ll gain the weight back, also, after starving yourself for long enough you’ll start to get micronutrient deficiencies and your muscles will start to atrophy so your body can use the amino acids for vital organ functions

    you could have a massive portion of chicken thighs and roasted vegetables 4 times a day and it'd still be a chore to just hit maintenance
    I have to leverage junk food to keep a surplus on a bulk because if you're eating the right foods going over maintenance is challenging
