    36 hours is nothing, you should do 24 hours every day so it was basically just a 12 hour fast. Either do 72 hours or 120 hours if you want real benefits.

    I had influenza and didn't have an appetite for 3 days. A week later I'm fine but down 2kg (4.4lbs), I am currently stuffing my face to make up for it. Lifts are slightly down too.

    Ok, so you fell for the meme. It happens, but you should learn something from this. Fasting increases stress hormones and slows down you're metabolism. Your body is very smart and you can't really "hack" it. It adapts to what you do. If you want to be leaner and more muscular, you need to _increase_ metabolism speed and exercise more i.e. do more sets per muscle group per week.

    Are you retatded? 36hrs is literally nothing. You need to do 42hrs minimum for fasting to work. You then eat a small healthy meal and repeat. Keep doing that until you lose all the weight.

    If you're an expert faster, you can try doing a week long fast. If you can do that then try 20 days. Never go over 35 days because you'll start feeling sick.
