Your body is very smart and you can't really "hack" it. It adapts to what you do. If you want to be leaner and more muscular, you need to _increase_ metabolism speed and exercise more i.e. do more sets per muscle group per week.

If you're an expert faster, you can try doing a week long fast. If you can do that then try 20 days. Never go over 35 days because you'll start feeling sick.

I binged 5k cals then did a 72 hr fast to compensate, went from a bloatmaxxed 145 to 134 over those few days
