Oh, I'm back to the DYEL status I was when I didn't track macros/calories.

When I actually tracked my calories/macros like an autistic freak, I was actually shredded and looked like I lifted weights and just looked the part. Then I got sick of doing it and just started eating randomly again and went back to DYEL mode.

Tracking macros is actually 100% a requirement unless you some how randomly have the genetics to look good by your natural eating habits, which I am willing to bet 99% of people don't.

Post pictures homosexual or shut the frick up. You didn't look shredded. Macros won't turn you from dyel to shredded or from shredded to dyel.

I went from skinnyfat to bloatmaxxed, then started counting calories, and got shredded.

Then I stopped counting calories and ended up getting fat.

DYEL doesn't just mean being rail thin, it also means being a high bodyfat where you cannot see any muscle.

So you can be DYEL with a ton of muscle, but be 30% bodyfat, nobody will know you lift.

I have never counted calories or macros in my life, I just eat whatever my mom cooks and get a lot of protein.
I look better than 95% of this board.

You might look good, but you dont have the...

      >pin-point dick-skin shredded look with muscle separation and look like you're the definition of muscularity

      You just have a...

      >is young and coasting on genetics and youth, and looks lean and has a bit of muscle separation but just kind of looks skinny and compares himself to fat people as him looking good

        I do

this. with modern foods - unless you count calories or macros you will get fat evenutally.

either the food supply is so degraded that the mechanisms for controlling hunger is disrupted, or frick up hormones, or simply that they all are more calorie dense, the natural means of food and weight control cant always be relied upon. and so counting calories and macros and conducting an energy and composition balance on your body is necessary

        [...]
        [...]

But yes, tracking macros/calories is necessary if you want to be actually control your body composition and get your physique to where you want it to be, this isn't something you can just half-ass and just "go hard in the gym bro" and just eat whatever, like you said, youre more than likely to just get fat doing that, no matter how hard you train, and if you dont get fat, you'll just be the opposite of it, just a skeleton who never makes any gains.

So yeh, everyone who cares about their results should be tracking macros/calories, that includes skeletons and fat c**ts.

        Tryhard autist cope.

Oh, yeah, its very much so different for you, your genetics were engineered for athleticism, performance and endurance to be high quality working slave class.

thas cuz ur black. not that all blacks have that. but a subset call for those. also ur prob in ur 20s. if we had real scientists now they would do resaerch on which tribes in africa produced what genetics.

the damage of eating goyslop for years is that damage (to hormones and such) accumulate over time. so good luck as you age

It's not because of genetics, and even though I'm 18 it's not because of age either. Its pretty easy to eyeball what you eat throughout the day and adjust accordingly depending on if you're trying to gain or lose weight. People who track everything they eat and weigh their food strike me as incredibly obsessive; stuff like that sucks all the enjoyment out of eating. You arent a bodybuilder bro

When I counted them autistically and got shredded?

      150g protein
      150g carbs
      50g fat

At 5'7 it took me from 200lbs bloatmaxxed, to 150lb with veins on my 6 pack and muscle separation everywhere including my glutes.

To put it into perspective I started lifting at 130lb and went to 200lbs over the course of 6.5 years, I didnt track anything bulking, I just ate whatever I wanted, but I got fat, 200lbs is fat for 5'7 natty.

Nah, its just literally having shit macros for the cals consumed.

Before these modern times, everyone was still skinnyfat/skinny. The only difference now is people are fatter, but its not like people were lean/shredded/jacked, nobody was lifting, nobody was getting enough protein, people were eating mostly bread and butter and some sugar, rarely did they get any decent meat and vegetables.

This whole idea that people in the past were lean/shredded is 100% bullshit, they were either skinny or skinnyfat.

          Because they were thin.

Fat c**ts see a 120lbs soaking wet DYEL with minuscule abs and think that guy is shredded, when its just a skinny guy who barely eats and has 0 muscle and 0 fat.
