I don't have access to a gym and cannot for many reasons have a home gym (I live on a very small boat). I would like to strength train with limited space and storage capacity. Do I use kettlebells, resistance bands or something else?

gently though, down the stream. Maintain good form, you must do it merrily for 3×F

That boat isn't small. It's like 40 ft long.

Calisthenics with kettlebells. Resistance bands are a meme.

I really hate how memebands feel. They literally make workouts feel 'bad'. I'm guessing this is how how normalgays feel about free weights otherwise everybody would be swole as frick.

      Good to know, thanks

Resistance bands will not fail you. Until they do and hit your ball sack. But they are all that you need, provided you progressively overload.

Resistance bands are based. There's a good $40 set on Amazon but I don't know if they can deliver to a boat.
    Kettlebells are good for cardio.
Combine them and you'll get a good workout.

I usually get stuff delivered to Amazon lockers or post offices if there's any nearby at the time

Buy a set of dumbbells with standard plates, not olympic ones. Do lots of unilateral(single limb) stuff to maximize what you can do with limited weight, add in calisthenics as well and you can build a decent physique.

      >kettlebells, resistance bands or something else?
i have one db that i can load to whatever but i do everything with 6 kilo, i found side delt isolation overhead though and that will be somewhere around 20-30 kilos, thick book, walls and floor - more than enough, better than any gym actually 😀

it's not a question of equipment, it's how u use it

      great info, cheers

Weighted pullups and dips are probably the best for you. As for leg exercises, maybe cleans or pistol squats.
You can get a lot out of a little weight with calisthenics and forearm (armwrestling) training.
