I don't know exactly where, but I'm feeling very strong pain in that area when I sit or jump. What can it be? I've been training for a few months. I think I hurt myself on the lying leg curl or hip thrust

Stfu, chudcel. Doctors are a huge scam. They don't kkow shit about sports. I was more successful in diagnosing myself so far.

its likely due to your hip being misaligned which causes more stress on your acetabulum during high impact activity, usually on the side that's opposite of your spine curvature
        what degree is your curvature?

what should i do? Just rest and wait?

            nice double dubs
if it still hurts, then yes, you rest and wait.
stretch your tensor fasciae latae, glutes, quads, basically your whole lower half and you should be good to go.
if the issue persists, see a physical therapist or a pediatrist to get it treated. they can check if one foot is "longer" than the other and some custom shoe inserts could help if that is indeed the case as it will help evenly distribute your body weight

Probably overdeveloped in the bad girl movements. Do karate hip stretches for a week then start doing squats and deadlifts mostly dls.
