So far with the meds there's been no good progress honestly. I'd like to say my hairfall has "reduced" but in all reality idk if it has.
Why? Because months ago when I made the thread (aka when I went to the doctor for the first time about my hairloss, which had been going on for a year), my hair was still very thick. Even the hair that fell down on my desk, keyboard, notebook etc. was quite thick, I could distinguish it anywhere. Now however, the hair that falls of is VERY VERY VERY thin, like actually very thin. I can't even identify it most of the time. Only when I'm in the shower will I see 5-10 strands on my hand and see that they've become so fricking SKINNY! I'm honestly shocked how much of a difference I had about 2-3 months ago in the thickness of my hair.

Nicotine shrinks the capillaries in your hairline. You might save it by reducing or quitting your nic and spraying a combination of coconut oil and peppermint on your head. The peppermint opens up your capillaries for regrowth but is not guaranteed. Maybe next time you will learn not to smoke literal fricking chemicals
Being bald is fine as long as you follow two rules:
1. Be fit and attractive (well groomed and dressed)

What i did:

I can't wait to start balding personally. I have luscious hair so I feel obligated to maintain it, and sometimes it gets so annoying that I want to shave the whole thing off.
You know what angers me? How so many men who are older than I am (25, for reference) part their hair in ways that are, and let's be honest here, a glorified combover. Meanwhile I either slick my hair back or in such a way that shows off my hairline.
