yes you should limit to one a day because too much caffeine is a problem for your mental wellbeing and also artificial sweeteners are harmless at low concetration but can even lead to cancer at high enough doses

Been 2 months without coffee and i have literally NO ENERGY. What the frick is going on? I was abusing caffeine but this is fricking insane when will i feel normal again? should i just go grab a coffee and start living again?
I did that when I was 18-19 and I'm 29 now. I got heart palpitations drinking so much and stopped when I was 19. Enjoy it while it lasts but the caffeine addiction may settle in and be hard to break if you continue.

I fricked my left kidney up by drinking too much soda and caffeinated drinks. Started drinking more water and cut down on the energy drinks and my kidney is back to 100%.
It's unironically not even that bad. If you get the ones with actual sugar bar the empty calories the only minus is probably the citric acid. That is if you were not getting 600mg of caffeine and 150g of sugar a day just from these and eating a shitty diet.

Regardless of cancer, they still provoke an insulin response, so it's unwise to substitute it thinking that it's just sugar without the 'downsides'.
