I eat 200g of cooked ground beef every morning (with salt). Is this healthy? Should I add some fruit to it or something?

for starters not a schizo mono diet like keto

I like red meat, but just like ice cream or alcohol I know its not healthy and consume it in moderation

The studies linking heart disease to sodium intake don't take into account potassium intake. One study conducted in Japan showed that the high sodium diet did contribute to high blood pressure. Another study conducted in a neighboring prefecture with the same average sodium intake found that it did not. The difference was that the second study was conducted in a prefecture that produced and consumed a lot of potassium rich fruits.

So yes, OP, add some fruit.

              1. They don't.
              2. Even if they did, they're all wrong anyway.
              3. Studies aren't gospel and shouldn't be listened to anyway. Just trust your instincts and do whatever you feel is best for you.
              4. If a study said the sky is red and reality instead proves that it's blue, then the study is wrong, period! Just like a study saying salt is bad is wrong, as reality proves it is wrong. You are moronic, stop being moronic.

not really. too little potassium gives you heart disease. if you eat lots of sodium but don't balance it with potassium, you'll have problems.

part of the reason the sodium falsehood is perpetuated is that dr's found when they switched people to "low sodium" diets, heart health and blood pressure improved. however, it's wasn't "low sodium" that improved anything; as part of reducing sodium patients end up switching to potassium salt instead (lo salt etc) - potassium lowers blood pressure and thus improves heart health. so it's not the sodium thats inherently bad

I have never heard this but it fascinates me. Lack of potassium is the actual villan in heart health?

    get lite salt (50/50) instead.
but eggs or meat is probably the best breakfast you can eat. quality protein, some fat, plenty of micronutrients, proper insulin/glucagon ratio.

The more meat you eat the longer you live.

Carbs are associated with death so avoid them entirely.

It depends on how the rest of your diet is. If this is all the meat you get then it's probably very good for you, but if you already eat a kilo of red meat for dinner then you don't need another 200 grams for break fast.
