I failed. I tried to bike for an hour, but I could only make it 25 minutes

I couldn't do it, I just wanted to try and bike and get healthier but I'm too out of shape to even do that.

    Honestly, it depends on the effort/hr zone. Cycling for an hour can mean different things and doesn't say much by itself.

      This. Also, was it a stationary bike or did you bike somewhere. The latter is probably way easier as you have a goal (your destination) and the scenery changes so it's not as boring.

        I came to this thread to say exactly this. Going anywhere with a set destination motivates you to get there. I'll cycle, run, hike with my friends or by myself to get to a nice pub, or a café. Having a destination gets you there and then home, even if you need to stop for a bit.

      I did Apple Fitness+ biking the other day and I had way too much energy in the tank after finishing

    I often cycle around my desolate seaside town after midnight. Not a soul, don't even see the cops, literally the whole town to myself...
    Just glad I don't live in NYC, looks dangerous af for cyclists
