I couldn't do it, I just wanted to try and bike and get healthier but I'm too out of shape to even do that.

Why not just start with smaller goals that build up to a bigger goal? Are you a moron?
Idek how to ride a bike
>Duck footed
Honestly, it depends on the effort/hr zone. Cycling for an hour can mean different things and doesn't say much by itself.
This. Also, was it a stationary bike or did you bike somewhere. The latter is probably way easier as you have a goal (your destination) and the scenery changes so it's not as boring.
I came to this thread to say exactly this. Going anywhere with a set destination motivates you to get there. I'll cycle, run, hike with my friends or by myself to get to a nice pub, or a café. Having a destination gets you there and then home, even if you need to stop for a bit.
30 minutes next time or 25 at a higher intensity. You'll get there if you really want it.

Try again tomorrow moron
Either this or the day after
Gratz on pushing yourself way further than you could do
I did Apple Fitness+ biking the other day and I had way too much energy in the tank after finishing
Literally just fricking walk until you aren't fat. That's all you have to do.
then do it 26 minutes next time you complete fricking bafooon
fricking hell are bots writing these posts?
>do cardio for an hour
who the frick has the time or wants to do that? Cardio is stupid for longetivity. Quick short bursts are better.
it's good if you combine it with something, like listening to audiobooks or smth
Graded exposure homie. Go up 10% at a time.
Go for long walks in the hills.
Lower gear. Put this on repeat https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZXi8foVu5uA Push through and enjoy the pain, and enjoy the ride.
Good. Next time you will do 30 minutes.
I often cycle around my desolate seaside town after midnight. Not a soul, don't even see the cops, literally the whole town to myself...
Just glad I don't live in NYC, looks dangerous af for cyclists
