    Our bodies are amazingly diverse. For me, it's the total contrary, oatmeal triggers my GERD whereas I'm fine eating a breakfast containing either bacon or eggs.

            Humans literally do not require fiber in our diets. Our bodies can't even do anything with it. It's bad for your gut and if you already have gut issues, then fiber will make them even worse. Also, being constipated isn't a bad thing. You'll shit whenever you need to. Just listen to your body. It knows what it's doing.

                Well, you could try an elimination diet, such as a pure carnivore diet, as it completely cures IBS in 100% of cases, so you could try that or maybe keto.

                Milk and fish are good, but make sure you're drinking full cream milk. You don't have to eat any memefoods, just eat very fatty meat, such as ribeye steaks, ground beef, lamb chops, bacon, etc., chicken, eggs, and only drink water and/or milk and avoid all goyslop.

                You don't necessarily have to go carnivore, you could just keep eliminating foods until you find which one(s) is the cause of your IBS and then add back in the stuff that doesn't cause you problems. It's just that carnivore/keto is by default the best version of an elimination diet because meat literally can't cause any kind of issues in your body.

    i dont really care what people say, OP is 100% right. I do eat lots of eggs and meat for the protein but it genuinely isnt amazing for my body, i can feel the effects of the fat making me feel lethargic after eating it. meanwhile after eating some overnight oats and an apple (staple foods my ancestors have ate as a large part of their diets for 10's of thousands of years) my body just feels amazing and i actually feel energised

    i try to time it so i eat high fat foods in the evenings, but i really wanna work towards less diatary fat. carbs are king and most fat is dogshit for you no matter what some ketotard or carnivore-gay says
