No because I've been to my local shartmart and I've seen how worthless ugly and fat most of the people in my town are so I know that I'm better than them regardless of what they "think" or how they feel
i walk around my neighorbood with a sandbag as cardio, people give me funny looks sometimes >Does anyone else feel this way?
no, because i care about my goals more than i care about what others think of me
I stopped feeling self conscious about running around the time I turned 25 for some reason, maybe maturity. Running where other people run may also help you feel less out of place
I guarantee you (me) people do care and will notice you, but noone cafes enough to go out of their way to make their opinion known. Ultimately this insecurity comes from a lack of self-confidence. How you fix that is entirely up to you, theres noone exactly like you
You’re subconsciously finding reasons to avoid cardio altogether. Everything is temporary and your time is rapidly depleting, every day you don’t get off your ass and do cardio is a day you will never ever get back no matter what.
Living with regrets is the worst possible thing you can do.
this is why I love when the rain falls while I'm running some errands,I now have a valid reason to run and show off to the world that I'm a muscular fit man who could outrun them in any and all conditions and could easily overpower them in a prolonged hand to hand fight if I wanted to.
stop caring about what other people think of you.
I care because I need validation, or else I will always remain friendless
yeah thats why you run at night

everyone feels that way, it's psychological exercise as well
Doesnt matter cardio kills gains
Run in the early morning
How do I stop getting shin splints?
Should I just be walking instead for now this is annoying as frick
yes you are too heavy to run. good news is you don't need to exercise hard to lose weight, just calorie deficit
Nice, I’m trying to start on 10k steps a day
I’ve completely cut out sodas and noodles for the past week, just need to go teetotal on alcohol
Which is hard as I’ve been an alcoholic for like 5 years
im the opposite, i'll run around the same path nonstop until everyone leaves so they think 'damn what a badass'
Running sucks
Either suck it up and do the treadmill, literally no one gives a shit, or take up hiking and biking
I guarantee you (me) people do care and will notice you, but noone cafes enough to go out of their way to make their opinion known. Ultimately this insecurity comes from a lack of self-confidence. How you fix that is entirely up to you, theres noone exactly like you
