yeah, like you said, i need to force myself to chug it down every day since i work manual labour and i burn through 3000+ calories per day. i don't know how neets complain about how hard bulking is when they can eat 3/4 of what i eat per day and have a higher calorie surpluss whereas i have to make sure i'm stuffed constantly just to have a 500~ calorie surplus.

what works for me besides switching up the contents a bit is also drinking it during a different time of day. I suppose you have to get up super early and don't have time to drink a massive shake before work, plus it's not a great idea to have your first meal be that, but try to vary the times of day when you drink it as much as you can. Other than that just power through it and/or worst case take a month-long break from shakes all together, replacing them with other foods as best as you can. When you start again, you'll have another 3-4 months where the mere thought of chugging it won't make you want to puke

You need to switch it up. I also started loathing drinking my shake (250-500 ml milk, 1-2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein powder, 30-40 grams peanut butter, 50-100 grams of soaked sunflower seeds), even though it tastes really good. I switched to a lighter one of just whole fat milk, peanut butter and 2 scoops of chocolate protein, and it's not as big of a chore. Whenever I'm bulking though, I need to physically force myself to chug that gigantic shake, since I otherwise can't hit 3500 calories due to my schedule.
