Okay, speaking as a 5'7" manlet who has gone from ab 360 to 240 over the last two years or so, you guys aren't actually totally depriving yourself of everything you like are you? I understand it's important to track macros as well as your calories, but surely you're eating food you enjoy occasionally, right?
i am eating dominos a couple times a week but i just buy the extra large ham and cheese pizzas. they're like 60g protein and 1,400 calories and they fill me up to not eat the rest of the day. its even easier to eat in moderation because my ADHD medication suppresses appetite so easily. in fact 2 days a week i just don't even eat anything because of not being hungry
Yeah, I picked foods I enjoy that fit into a reasonable meal plan. I never really enjoyed the slop I used to stuff into my face aside from the immediate dopamine rush from cramming a ton of carbs and sugar into my gut.

i eat what i want, but just not a fatty eating cinnabuns everyday or junk food for each meal. I have those still, but not all the time
deprive yourself long enough and you start to enjoy the suffering.

If I can't cook it, it's probably better of not being eaten
If you want to be below 12% body fat then you have to enter mental munk mode and just enjoy the suffering of abstaining from junkfood pleasures

Just eat good 80 percent of the time and you will be ok

I'm losing weight but I need a sweet thing every now and then so I don't binge on sweets
So far I've been eating a piece of toast with a bit of blueberry-lavender jam
or a slice of cinnamon roll bread toast
or a slice of banana bread
I eat half a serving of reeses pieces to fill that craving and it’s really good about keeping me from over indulging on garbage
look into baking/cooking with eggs
with many things you can just use 12 eggs instead of 2
coffee with half and half and honey
high protein greek yoghurt with honey and fruit
things like halo top et. al. are reasonable
