I’ve lost all of my friends recently as well for being low value male/Incel. Being 5’7 in current year is worse than being physically deformed

I was a fatty, but overhauled my lifestyle. I got in shape, groom myself properly, wear nice clothes. On top of that I recently graduated (28 yo).
I get nothing. No game when clubbing with my friends, and not a single match on the apps besides land whales who seek validation with no intention to meet up.
What the hell is this shit. I had more fun when I was fat.
This is the real redpill. I lift twice weekly but engage in a social sport 3-4x a week and I think I'm doing better aesthetically than I was lifting 4-5x a week. I don't think I'm as objectively strong but almost certainly more mobile, and have a better social life.
I lift twice a week but enjoy mountain biking and hiking more. I just feel better when I lift, and I think its beneficial to help avoid injury. Im not trying to get shreddy krueger.

if you like lifting just do 2x a week to build some strength, then go do something useful

i reduced my frequency from 5x a week to 2x a week and my life improved
i increased my intensity so i still make good progress, and spending less time in the gym allows me to do more things everywhere else

You testosterone and growth hormone levels probably went up while cortisol went down significantly since stopping lifting weights.
That's why so many guys into working out complain about low T levels on their blood test and want to get on TRT for the gains.
