      I used to be fat, but food tastes way better when you don't eat for a few days. I fast all the time now and finally have something in life worth looking forward to: the refeed.

    I used to really fricking relate to this so I can give a few tips for that
    First off eat food more rich in iron, an iron deficiency really fricks up your appetite, speaking from experience since I used to be able to literally not eat for an entire day if I didn't feel like it, assuming you have some sort of addiction to caffeine, caffeine kills iron so make sure you don't do that.
    Second off find some sort of high calorie thing you can eat in crappy moods, for me it was challahs but for you it can be anything else really.
    most importantly try to find what works for you, people are different so therefore what may work for me doesn't have to work for someone else. good luck bro, I get the struggle

    Hey I got a really good idea for you, you are going to LOVE this. Have you ever tried possibly just eating more? Like you just take more food and put it in your mouth, even if you don't want to. It's kinda crazy I know but try it out it might actually work for you!

    ngmi. Appetite is a very crude but reliable mechanism for keeping the body alive regardless of intelligence and without the need for abstract thinking. It's meant to keep animals and literal morons from starving.

    If your goal is to be anything more than not starving, you should stop using appetite as your diet guide and use your supposed intelligence to plan a diet tailored to your goals. It's frankly embarassing that you have to be told this. You eat when not hungry and abstain when hungry if that's what it takes.

    It calms your stomach.

    Also go for walks in nature for your overall mental health.
