Sometimes girls take like 40 minutes to be done with the squat rack because they're doing hip thrusts in there and I'm not even allowed to jerk off while I wait.
There are 100s of workouts for each muscle group like I said skill issues
I like following a proper routine, not just coping with some dumb meme machine because all free weights are taken
