OP it will be a lot more expensive to treat necrotising flesh when the venom begins to rot you from the inside out. That's if it's even a spider bite. Unless you witnessed it biting you it's very likely not a spider bite.
Generally a spider bite causes swelling and redness and the bite site in a circle. If it was spreading it would be radiating out from the bite site or travelling along your veins. It's just a weird squiggle. Do you own a cat? You also run the risk of MRSA
I'm far from an expert, but that doesn't look like a reaction to venom, it looks like you got infected with some bacteria when the spider bit you, which happens pretty often. At least that's exactly the kind of shit I look for after removing a tick. You should absolutely see a doctor.
