I'm still kinda swollen but I feel much better than before the surgery.

Damn, you got really unlucky with loose skin.
I was the same size as your before, 6ft 245lbs, and now I'm at 205 and don't look anything like your after. Ill probably have some loose skin on my lower stomach, but yours is wild.
I would have lost more before the surgery if I were you, but congrats on not having skin flaps anymore.

I weighed 310lbs at my heaviest.

I chose to get it done now because I had to take a long break from lifting due to an injury. And when you get skin removed, you can't lift for 3 months.

2 months from now I'l be completely recovered from the injury and surgery, so I can start regaining muscle mass.

            >when you get skin removed you can’t lift for 3 months
Absolutely coping to the max. Women will get a 10lb mulatto future doctor cut out of them and be working out in 3 weeks.

Stuff like this scares me with losing weight. I was 295 at my worst, 6 ft tall. Currently 220 and I can't really see any loose skin besides my upper arms. Maybe it will be more noticeable as I lose more weight elsewhere but I really carried a lot of fat mainly around my stomach, upper legs and upper arms.

You can realistically fill out the loose skin in your arms and thighs with heavy lifting.

Tummy skin on the other hand...

damn wtf, you look like a slightly better vesion of me after going from 370 to 200 lbs at 5'11
do you have any loose skin on your legs?

You still had a good chunk of fat to go, if you had lost it your surgery would have even better results.

OP probably will be fine, but I would also say you should get truly ripped before any post-obesity surgery.

You still had a good 60 lbs to go. Props for scamming your insurance and getting free lipo I guess.

doesn't work like that, guy you posted had solid fat. if you have saggy fat rolls you're gonna get loose skin, there's nothing you can do to stop it.

I lost 75lbs with 12 to go with 0 loose skin cause I had solid fat, I didn't do any fasts, unless you count some days of OMAD a fast.

When insurance is paying, they only let the surgeon remove the skin that causes health issues like rashes.

Even though it's very little extra work for the surgeon to remove all of the skin.

      It's moronic.

Congrats on the weightloss. Im your height and maxed out at 330. now something like 220 but have been lucky that loose skin might be ok. Im happy with it at this weight anyways, might be a different story after another 20lbs comes off.

I would have gone into a longer fast rather than getting my body sliced by israeli doctors, but you do you I guess.
Make sure to turn gym into a daily lifestyle or you're going to have wasted your time.

You're dumb if you don't think fatties are getting these surgeries for free up here. My uncle is like 600lbs no joke and has been offered a multiple amount of times these surgeries as a solution, because guess what numbnuts? being that heavy is a HEALTH ISSUE. Stomach stapling, tummy tucks, you name it. But he's to fat and lazy to even go through that shit let alone buck-up and hit the weights. Hilarious & Sad.

How did you manage to get insurance to cover it? I thought most providers considered this cosmetic.
