I was never able to gain weight until I dropped cardio completely, I work a physical job 8 hours a day, just added more milk/eggs/rice/chicken to my diet and it was pretty easy. Rice is very caloric and easy to digest, drinking 1 liter of milk a day with whey isn't hard either. Also went from 5 eggs to 10

You can easily winter bulk from October to mid-April. Thats 28 weeks. At +0.5lbs/wk, that’s adding 14lbs. At +0.7lbs/wk, that’s adding almost 20lbs.
Since lean bulking at that rate doesn’t turn you into a fat frick, you should be around 15-16% bodyfat and your “summer cut” should only take 6-7 weeks.
You’ll be ready for the summer on June 1st, and you have a couple of weeks to spare if you need them.

Ive been cooking all my own meals and even made a “menu” of the meals I regularly eat, then punch them into the fitbit app to make sure im around 2100 cal a day (on cardio days) or 1600ish to be in deficit. Really I do hot yoga, long walks or HIT every day so I know as long as I dont go above 2000 calories im still in deficit. Pic rel is my progress. Down to 17.5% bf as of this weekend and kept muscle mass basically the same this whole time.

Yeah I have quit drinking too at least casually and only do it for special occasions. I feel very optimistic about continuing fat loss. Im still eating very well and dont get snack urges. Getting a hot yoga membership has been a god send as it’s a very fun way to burn calories and I’m feeling 10 years younger and I’m the most flexible I’ve ever been in my life.

Cutting comes so easily for me it's stupid, literally just drink coffee, drink lot of water (before meals even to prevent over eating), walk a lot, eat lots of protein and fat. Very difficult to eat too much if you do all of these to the point I stay away from it when bulking
I unexpectedly caught the flu on Friday. I'm now on an unplanned cut. If there's any upside to the flu it's that I have no appetite whatsoever and so the cut is going quite well so far.
