    If you eat at maintenance and do extra cardio you will lose fat without all the downsides of cutting.
    Walking 10k+ steps, jogging with interval sprints and sprints are the best options for cardio without hindering muscle mass

      You just slow down your metabolism and your brain function. AF or IF or CICO is braindead stupid way to lose fat.

      To make my case did you know that men create prolactin and cortisol when they know their gf/wife is pregnant? Their body literally puts on fat in preparation to endure long times ahead, of having to spend more energy later on when baby comes to get more food for them.

      How about you shock your body into making it signal to spend fat storage? Fat is not needed weight if you are running for long periods of time, but then again muscle is too. So we have to tell body to preserve muscles and spend fat? But a way to get men to spend most amount of fat while preserving muscle is to do a 2 or 3 day fast every 2 weeks followed by exercised and big protein rich meal. This will signal to the body that "you caught the animal after long period of being hungry, optimize for muscles and less fat". Not to mention autophagy.

      Every religion had fasting rituals incorporated in them. Literally the best way to cut.
