      You don''t need carbs to fuel workouts though lol. People who are carb-adapted need carbs to fuel their workouts, why would you want to be like that? It's kinda liberating to be able to eat less often, less food, far more nutrient density, and not have energy crashes that modern food addicts have to deal with.

        I have literally never had an energy crash and most of my meals contain carbs
        I dont and never have drank coffee or any caffeinated or sugary drinks though. I only drink water.

    He advocates something like 30g of net carbs normally IIRC, and I've literally watched a video of his where he says if you're an athlete you can and should eat more carbs.

    I'm not keto for the record, I eat like 5x the amount of carbs for that. I just hate veganism and it baffles me that people strawman keto to mean 0g carbs and pretend it's carnivore, which I also think is a moronic diet.

    Avoid sneed oils and refined sugars and take the omnivorepill.
