I have a packet of this expiring at the end of the month. I've only tried them once according to an anon recipe of boiling them in milk, which resulted in a disgusting flavorless slop.
What are your oat recipes?

Mix it with honey or jam, hell even peanut butter works well if you "boil" it in
How many parts of oat + milk? How long do you cook it? Do you put the honey in after microwaving it?
I add milk until the oat starts floating, you can put the honey in the bowl before the milk and oat so it liquefy at the base when microwaved
Milk or yoghurt
Oats
Walnuts, almonds, macadamia, the king hazelnuts, whatever
Chocolate drops
It ain’t that hard is it
I eat this almost every morning. I add frozen fruit when I make it so some of the juices add flavor as they thaw inside the jar, instead of after. I highly recommend it's very good. It's from the buff dudes cookbook
You cropped the protein part
It depends on what you throw in there anyways.
Cals - 428
Fat - 8.5g
Carb - 42.5g
Sugar - 12.5g

add a small amount of salt, it makes it more pleasant to eat plain
it's supposed to be bland anyway it has a quaker on the label what did you expect
I recommend many smaller pancakes, cooked on as low as you have the patience for so they cook through properly.
just microwave with milk and put dates and yoghurt in. It's not the best but it's fast and works. You're ngmi if need everything to be tasty fruit loops
boil with water, add a pinch of salt and stop being a little fat pussy about taste. You don't eat oatmeal for the taste.
>not adding whey to flavor it while getting protein at the same time
>flavourless slop
Wtf. Oatmeal is good, just cook it a bit less. The oats should still be distinct from one another but cling together, like overcooked rice.
I have mine with yoghurt and frozen berries added after its done
is steel cut oats a meme? or is it actually better than regular oats?
Not as good as titanium cut oats but good if you're on a budget.
1 cup of oats is equal to 26 grams of protein
307 calories 10 grams fat
just mix it with hot/boiling water. couldn't be any more simpler.
add a spoonful of cocoa or chocolate whey to give it some taste.
I pour a mouthful of dry oats into my mouth, then pour milk in there, amd just chew it all up without cooking it.
I don't have time for anything anymore.
soak for 2-3 hours in water or milk, on counter, then drain excess water, add 1-2 banana, 1-3 tbsp peanutbutter. that's my favorite.
wft how much are you eating in one sitting that your bowl isn't mostly banana and peanut butter?
1-2cups of oats
i do 40g oats to 160ml of milk & pinch of cinnamon
put in the microwave for 2 minutes (usually it starts to bubble up near the top of the bowl if left longer)
then add whatever flavourings
i use 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1 banana sliced
Cheese, pork, onions, olive oil and fish sauce
Thank me later, amicus
try oatmeal and cottage cheese pancakes.
You cook in water and salt to your taste than add milk or whole cream after. I do vanilla protein powder and whole milk. I don’t keep whole cream on hand outside of the holidays but when I use that I usually have maple syrup or brown sugar and a bit of cinnamon. I’ve also cooked it with apple sauce. Oats are base level, if you can’t eat them then give up and join an antifa Tanya the Evil club or something.
pour oats into SQUARE bowl (round will allow it to overflow when microwaving, square doesn't)
add just enough water that oats are floating (extra if adding protein powder)
microwave 1:30
Add frozen blueberries, salt and honey or protein powder
stir
enjoy
Protein should always be after especially when microwaving because it kills the food. Just add a little milk or water after and the heated oatmeal will take care of the rest of the mixture.
honey plus a shit ton of cinnamon and blueberries
~45g or 4 tbsp of oats
150ml of milk
2 scoops of chocolate and peanuts whey
a bit of sweetener
a very, very small pinch of salt
cinnamon if I'm on the mood
2 min in the microwave
homie, that's the best desert I've ever eaten. Maybe you've fried your tastebuds with goyslop.
