    you need to strengthen your core. Fix your posture when sitting and watch how you stand. I'm talking about leaning on one leg for a long time and shit.
    Use lumbar support when you sit if you can. But mostly you need to have a strong core and be mindful of engaging it in order to support your spine and lessen the load.
