My mother has IBS and it sounds like the symptoms she experiences. It could be that or something else. You on any new medications recently? Did you get any blood work done?

i had this shit and acid reflux. did an endoscopy and found nothing. my doctor gave me some omeprazole and thats it. here on IST, some anon was talking about some symptoms of candida overgrowth, like a white rash on your tongue and all sorts of intestinal problems that candida albicans could cause. after 2 months on fluconazole i think, my reflux and nausea were almost gone. you could give it a shot

i took no pictures when i had this, sorry. but i remember brushing my tongue three times a day and saw no difference.
my endoscopy didn't show anything, but i think candida spreads first on your intestines, like SIBO, then it goes to your stomach. i did a simple higher endoscopy (i think thats how its called) only my esophagus and stomach were scanned.
i had this white rash on my tongue, between my fingers, the skin was always dry and it would peel off sometimes, on my toes there was some kind of fungal rashes, like it would swell and sometimes itch but not always. and some common gi tract stuff, like heartburn while eating anything and nausea.
Can you tell me more about this candida, how did you test for it?

even if you endoscopy was clear, you could have a functional (neural) problem. Only way to diagnose is with an electrogastrogram, and few places offer them.
