I have lookmaxed in 4 months without ever lifting before.

For the first month I just did a full body training 3 times a week, focusing only on feeling the muscles and forcing myself to go to failure.
After the month I have jumped on gear for 12 weeks and this is the result. Pic 1 taken before gear, pic 2 taken right now.

My stack was 500 Test C, 200 Deca, 250 EQ, 5 UI HGH, 2 UI Oxitocine and 0,5 mg YK11. Also 25mg Proviron for the first 8 weeks and 30 Anavar for the last 4 weeks.

I also started hanging exercises, chewing, mewing, jelqing and voice exersizes, Which have me a chad face, half an inch in height, deeper velvety voice (Proviron androgenization) and almost an inch of dick, although I think the dick size is partially due to fat loss.

      Not if you cycle HCG and HMG together with gear and doing proper PCT. My balls are bigger than they ever were. Planning to get back to my normal test levels in 4 weeks from now.

      My test didn't even completely shut down. It's low, but still there.

      The question is... when a total noob who obviously has poor discipline and is looking for shortcuts comes off the gear... will he hold onto the gains or will he revert back to the first pic or worse in a few months time? Or will he keep pinning and see how deep the rabbit hole goes?

        Have to keep you discipline. I'm planning to keep my gains, since they are mostly lean and still under my natty limit. I will take enclomiphene and MK677 for the next 4 months to make sure I keep the most.

        the gains would be impressive if they were natural. the main improvement in his "after" physique is muscular fullness. it's gone in a month

        and combine that with the fact that he's going to now have to cope with his strength falling off, when RAPID RAPID RAPID progress (noob gainz + his fricking crazy cycle) is all he's ever known? time will tell if he has the discipline to keep training.

        imo in the grand scheme of things (i.e. a year from now), op will come to realize that this decision was a setback with regards to the development of his physique

        You should build up your discipline before you start roiding because after you come off you will not only lack the extra test motivation but also be depressed so it will be even harder to keep the routine. If you are looking for shortcuts, you are not in it for the exercise and lifestyle so you will hardly keep it in the long run. You have to like the idea of getting fit, not the idea of having a shredded body.

      Maybe in 4 years natty. Not worth it. Also insane strength gains. Bench PR is 225 and deadlift 440. Never lifted shit in my life before that.

      The exercises are spine stretching, then hanging for 5 minutes, that swinging while hanging for a nimute.

      For the voice is the vocal ligament stretching the singers do to increase range, but with HGH and Proviron in made my voice much much deeper in weeks.

      My hair got way thicker. Deca prevents HGH conversion and I used RU58841 and Minoxidil out of paranoia.

      Also no gyno, countered the procaltine from deca with cabergoline and estrodiol got nuked by EQ

      Also no aging effects, because deca increases collagen production and HGH makes you younger.

          Your young body is producing enough test to bring your insane results only if you stop treating bodybuilding casually. Lift to failure, dial that fricking diet in, and don't stop showing up. Seriously. I wiffled and waffled in my early 20s thinking "I'll try harder later or when I'm on gear" when I could have been applying max effort and getting good results. You have such untapped potential if only you would apply yourself and leave nothing up to chance.

            It's so hard sometimes man, I've been on this since I was 15 but for the last 2 years it's been just a goddamn plateau, I'm trying to cut hard now, get rid of my face fat because my family has terrible butterface genetics, my goddamn chud lines too, but it just won't fricking go away! I know there's improvement in the me from now compared to the me from 6 months ago but it's so fricking slow, I feel like my youth is passing me by without me ever being able to feel content with myself it fricking sucks.

            I know there's no replacement for doing the work, and I need to apply myself more, but I'd be lying if I didn't think TRT and shit like that wasn't appealing, sometimes it feels like veryone online who seems like "they made it" are cheating so it's very hard not to think "I deserve to level the playing field too".

              You're only 20 Anon, you're barely out of puberty. You've got the time and energy to push to yourself past 'limits' you've created for yourself in your head.

              I'm going to reality check with a few things to think about and take action on: You're not tracking your calories and macros to reach your goals (you're probably guestimating). You're not sticking to a program or recording your workouts/sets/reps (start tracking). You're not training to max effort (too many rest days, not training to failure, working out only when it's convenient for you). Change these things and you will see results. The whole bodybuilding thing is a marathon of being consistent and calculated--which is extremely difficult for young male brains.

              Oh and don't ever wallow and feel sorry for yourself; you gain nothing from that mentality.
