      check yourself if you have any underlying real issues for your lethargy, even a simple allergy test is a good start, you may not even notice how much exposure to allergens can frick you up, try to avoid what causes you harm and try to avoid and work on improving yourself
      you sound like you have a mental condition like adhd and you cant chase that away with eating veggies so go for a more professional route to help yourself
      exercise is always good but since youre already here chances are you are already more active than majority of people even if you dont consider yourself to be
      amphetamines help in the mean time while you work on getting yourself fixed up
