5x5 is a joke. Do 2 sets with 10+ reps and a drop set of deep atg squats. Also make sure to work your hips and hamstring so that your knees don't break in half mid squat.

Squat university has a lot of videos on knee pain. The tldw is that knee pain is sometimes caused by stiffness or a lack of mobility in the hips, hamstrings or the glutes. So you need to train all accessories to not get chronic knee pain from squatting

fatigue is gonna hit you in the butt pal, causing an injury.
your lower back must be beat to shit.
considering you max out every workout - how is progression on other exercises? deadlift per se

It's only been a month I do high bar which doesn't annihilate my lower back as low bar does deadlift went from 100kg to 140kg my ohp and bench are shit though started at 40kg and and I'm doing 65kg I find the fatigue not too bad I was doing 6 90 minute bodybuilding workouts before and I felt I accrued way more fatigue doing that I know the progress is eventually gonna stall but I'm just trying to build a strength baseline for when I go back to bodybuilding
