I lift regularly, i just have really bad chest genetics. My lats and calves are huge even before lifting, but my chest just seems to have a layer of fat that never goes away

I don't think the amount of body hair you have directly correlates with your test levels. Many onions boys have beards and a lot of body hair
How old are you? If you're under 25 there's still hope. For some men it takes years of continuous exposure to testosterone to grow fuller chest and facial hair.

I unfortunately get the "twirl" naturally. Mustache doesn't connect to the beard but grows very long.

Lol I have less than this. My entire body is hairless except for the base of my penis (no ball hair), my underarms, and my head. My college roommates thought I shaved my body for the first month we lived together.
