    Most top-tier athletes have genetically wide hips. If you are lucky then you also have broad shoulders, but either way focus on growing your obliques.

    I have wide hips for a dude and was always self conscious about it until I started lifting. Having bigger shoulders and arms (chest too to a lower extent) made me look more proportionate.

    I can relate, spam pullups, lat pulldowns, rows, deadlifts. Work more on shoulders too. It will not decrease your hip size but when youre wide enough it looks alot better

    Wide hips aren't the death sentence they seem.
    I think it helps when I'm running or walking.

    I always want to have slim hips to accentuate my v taper, but guys with slim hips look ridiculous in motion.
