After this third pic I ended up ballooning up to the first pic after some surgeries made me immobile for a long time so now Im repeating the process. have you tried incorporating sprints a few days a week into your routine?
hard cardio can definitely help lean you out, but you have to be careful that you don't overeat to compensate

Me rn, I’m 5’8” and have been stalled around 141lbs for 2-3 weeks. I have made it down to 132lbs before though, currently shooting for 129lbs. I just wanna be smol
129 would be the dream. I'm currently hovering 155 to 150. I just need a little more to go
But it seems like only a pure starvation fast works to lose weight at this point
On my way to 135lbs last time I hit a lot of stalls. I was doing OMAD capped at 1500kcal. I would usually stall for 2-3 weeks and then suddenly drop like 5lbs within a couple days (thats how I hit 132lbs lowest even tho I was only aiming for 135). Never had to do any fasting beyond intermittent fasting. Hoping the same happens soon for this 141lbs stall, for now I’m just continuing to eat capped at 1500kcal daily, not doing OMAD tho. I’ll prob break out OMAD if I’m still stalled in a week, then start doing 1-2 day fasts if I’m still not getting the results I want.

whats your diet and routine
Right now I'm eating protein bread and peanut butter in the morning with coffee. Probably about 500cal 700 to be generous
Then I portion out 1 cup of eggwhite/potato/chicken that I meal prep. Exact calories I don't know. I'd just say 500 to stay on the safe side
And I weigh out 4oz of chicken thigh 200 calories
So about 1200 calories. But I get massive headaches if I go too many days on this diet. So more often than not ill eat another meal. Depends on whats available but it can range from 300 to 500 calories
I think thats where my problem is. I end up reaching maintenance off my third meal
My routine is pretty simple. Just do whatever is fun. I don't really have a set routine, but I like to focus on curls, shoulder raise, and dumbell press. I'd like to do pull ups. I use the assisted machine for now.

Yes? Counting calories is extreme. I did some minimal counting when I make my meal prep plan but I don't like the day to day counting. It's kind of stressful. And I've lurked long enough to see the kind of guys who focus too much on calorie intake.

how long have you been on this diet and how much have you lost? possible that youve gone starvation mode and crashed your metabolism. youd have to go back to maintenance for a while to fix it before resuming your admittedly very unhealthy diet.
