Try eating fiber and keep yourself hydrated. The longer poop stays in your gut, the harder it becomes because your intestines absorb all the liquids, thus you become constipated. Fiber helps slow this process

Incorrect. Soluble fiber will dry your shit, insoluble will make them more most. If you eat a diet high in insoluble fiber, it can get to the point where it feels like you have diarhhea from how liquid and substantial it is, but that is just the way it works. Also, drinking more water can help.
