    I'm no scientist, but I'm pretty sure overtraining is more about the total amount of work you do.

    Just logically, if you do 1 set of curls each day, that wont be overtraining your biceps, but if you do 50 sets of curls every other day, that is too much.

    A lot of people who go to the gym don't really do frick-all once they're there. Especially people I see at the gym all the time, they spend about 80% of their time there not lifting. You sound like one of these people.
