I just ate an entire box of tacos. Eating healthy is hard. Going to the gym and lifting weights? Easy. Not eating trash food? I dont know how you lads do it

I used to eat the tacquitos.
Pro tip dude: put in the effort to be healthy and lean, so you can then sparingly do hair like this with no repercussions.
It’s what I’m working towards. I’m starting to desire crap food less and less as I make more progress. But I know eating an entire large pizza by myself would feel so much better at 10% body fat. I’d feel like a king knowing 99% of the time I stay focused and bust ass. The junk will also taste better if you only have it once a month or so.
Don't buy boxes of tacos idiot.
they taste good. Entire box had 50 grams of protein. Its fine. right anon. ITS FINE
>50g of protein in 1.25lb box
Kys
That would take like 8 big potatoes for that amount doe
For how much calories?
>Eating healthy is hard.
Not if you never buy the shit to begin with. It shouldn't even be in your house so that you can eat it.
What's wrong with tacos?
I still have shit self control with food. My form of self control is the grocery store. I just don't buy the bad food to begin with. If it's not in the house I can't eat it. If it is in the house I am going to eat it.
I don't even struggle to skip the crappy food in the grocery store though. My eyes skip right over those aisles. I know what I need to buy, I go straight to each item, and I get out.
It's easy to eat healthy when you don't have any other choice.
post grocery list
-Chicken breast (usually split, two packages, ~5-7 lbs uncooked, enough for a week)
-18 eggs
-Large curd cottage cheese
-Whole fat plain greek yogurt
-Spinach
-Tomatoes
-Carrots
-Sugar snap peas or snow peas, whichever they have
-Coffee
Other food stuff I buy as needed, not every week, because I don't eat them as much or they last longer
-Rice cakes
-Peanut butter
-Sharp cheddar cheese
-Light balsamic vinaigrette (uses olive oil instead of basedbean oil the regular shit uses)
-Onions
-Creamer
-Spices
I forgot (also not every week)
-Ham
-Honey
-Extra virgin olive oil
This. You have a lot more autonomy days/weeks into the future than you do in the present moment. You did most of the decision-making about what you'll eat today back when you bought the stuff that's in it. OP isn't struggling with eating healthy today, he's struggling with accepting a choice that he already made, and doesn't even realize that he's currently deciding the future, not the present.
>Eating healthy is hard.
It's not. You're just too lazy to learn how to cook.
Literally just don't buy it. Unless you can't find fresh fruit/veggies there's nothing worth getting in the frozen food aisle.
Why are Americans thinking all food comes from a box ? lmfao, come to Srbija I sink for fish every day and fry them
Assuming you got the inflation adjusted 16.2 oz box and not the picture you posted, this means you ate 1150 calories, 55g of fat, 120g of carbs, and 35g of protein. Not the best macros, but I guess if the rest of your food today is just meat and eggs you'll be fine.
The answer to the 'slop is the traditional foodways of your people
Sugary drinks can also cause obesity and diabetes on their own
Would learn some traditional recipes or find a woman who knows how to cook, because you will feel like crap if you try to live on 'slop
