if you continue to lose weight and start doing deadhangs a few times per week, maybe your spine will decompress and you can gain a few centimeters 🙂

I will actually do that. Maybe it'll help with the back pain because that didn't go away like the doctor promised.

I'm bulking and it's so satisfying to see how I'm gaining weight every week. I went to 68kg to 72 kg in two months, maybe it's a bit slow but I still see the change and I'm happy.

Want to bulk? You need calories and protien. Go to mcdonalds and pick up a video game like diablo 3 or 4. Sit and let yourself get engrossed. I did it for years so I'd know. Whats amazing is, gaining weight takes time. Our bodies want to burn calories. Learning when to work out is also important. Like you'll burn calories in your sleep so you need to eat something white right before bed to slow your burn. And then turn that fat into muscle. Like I have a lot of muscle from being fat. I was surprised to see some tone despite just cutting.

yes, deadhangs are supposed to be very good for back issues, and they're also great for strengthening the shoulder girdle and increasing grip strength

Naw I'm staying hungry. I fell off the horse and went up to 218 for a couple of weeks and lost sight of it. Id rather starve than be fat. I'd rather feel faint and all this than ever be fat ever again.

There's a guy at my gym who's been lifting for 10-15 years. 5'9", around 205-215, very muscular. He looks great and I would hit it. No homo

Yeah I'm going to get a treadmill and a total gym. I'm not ready to be out in public just yet. I have severe anxiety and having people watch and whisper just bothers my brain. I'll post pictures here but like it's just the being in person with the skin flabbin around that makes me incredibly uncomfortable.

Gross toes. I weigh more than you but I'm 100% confident that my body looks better than yours.

Probably. I'm not doing it to look good, I'm doing it so I don't have to inject insulin every day. I don't want heart disease. I want to be comfortable in my body.

Happens when you lose weight. Your clothes fit looser. Op is making healthy choices while you're still an angry fat loser. You're the one who looks bad here anon.
