You know what OP, this aint bad. Not bad at all. In fact, I can tell you put serious thought into this routine. Props OP. This being IST I assumed this was going to be some moronic dyel reddit post. Im pleasently surprised. The only thing Id cherry pick is the 6x10 compounds to start your workout may sap your energy for the rest of the routine and also cause compromise your form on the later sets and reps. Both of these issues could lead to injury. Id recommend to go with a warm up set followed by the 3x10 or 3x8 like your other excersizes for the compounds. Ygmi bro.
I've found I have enough energy for this split, and rly want volume on the compounds. Also read somewhere this will up test in the most efficient way. Intrigued to see if I see a big difference like 3 months.
Doing 3 sets of heavy compounds will have the same boost on test and less of a risk of injury. You do you thou.
Hi. I'm a moron. Does this chart show a 5-day split, and imply 2 rest days, per week?
I throw rest days in there based on my schedule but otherwise I just rotate those workouts in that order.
