    The cardio will help. Eating less is what will slim you down though. If you eat enough to match your activity level you'll stay the same weight and keep bodyfat on you

        You don't barely eat anything if you have a pudgy body moron. Get your diet in check if you don't want a doughy body. Track your calorie intake and weight each day. Every week take an average of the 7 days and adjust your calorie intake to match the weight loss you want. 500kcal below maintenance calories will net you 1lb of fat lost per week. The karate classes will build a little muscle if you've been completely inactive for your whole life and they'll help you burn some calories. Although you're going to get kicked out with a quickness if you act like this much of a sperg in person as you do online

    Eat well. Eat the right amount (for deficit or maintenance). Do cardio (helps the previous point). And lift. Do these all in addition to your classes. It's a basic and simple principle that's been muddied down by grifters trying to make money on fitness. Eating right and exercise are all 99% of people need to achieve their goals.
