Deadlifts will build the entire shoulder girlde faster than anything else. Chinups or pullups (whichcer you can do bbetter) are a great rear delt builder.

Any concentration work (rear delt flyes) are not going to work for you. You are untraiend, fat weak and natty. Stuff like "rear delt flyes" only work for genetically gifted specimens (youre not) or advanced bodybuilders who are alreay big, strong, lean and on drugs.

Dont waste your time. Get strong and big beforre focusing on little details like rear delts. Your whole body is a mess.250m0

just do rack pulls above the knee if you want the upper back benefits or RDLs if you want the hamstring/ass benefits.

        deadlifts are an ego lift

Not if you start with 3x your body weight, and reduce until it doesn't kill you.

It's not really a strength issue, you could start with just the naked bar if you have to. The injury risk comes from your lack of mobility.

The best way to improve your mobility is to practice the movements you want to master. So no, if you're frail, stiff, and weak, you absolutely should squat and deadlift. You'll just have to restrict your range of motion to start and gradually increase it until you're completing the full movement.

You can't sculpt a pebble. Focus on the foundational compound lifts and get a lot stronger. Do some bodybuilding accessories if you want.

      This.

If you’re beginner don’t cut as you probably don’t have muscles under there. Literally just lift and stay consistent. Eat at your caloric maintenance and lift heavy weight.

Power cleans, snatch grip dead lifts, and face pulls. Look into rotator cuff exercises too.
