    Next time you get cravings, grab a bag of popcorn. You can eat a whole bag for just a few hundred calories and it will curb your cravings or possibly eliminate them entirely. If you still can't help it and end up cheating after a bag (or two), at least you will cheat less because your stomach will be full of popcorn.

      Seconding this idea, I would also suggest getting an air popper. You can get a cheap one for like $15-20, and then whole kernals are dirt cheap vs the prepopped bags. Plus, like half the calories in the prepopped bags are fat, so you can basically eat twice as much airpopped popcorn for the same calories. It's a win-win.

      Make the popcorn yourself, not the shit on the store you just put into a microwave. Plain popcorn is actually a very nutritiGNVTGWous and filling food

    Eat moar protein, makes you feel full unlike carbs. Try keto carnivore maybe.
    Stop eating junk food and seed oils, also artificial sugar.
