          Corn syrup in general. All the corn we use is genetically modified and corn syrup makes you fat. The new coke fiasco was really about taking sugar out of coke and replacing it with corn syrup and all of a sudden obesity rates skyrocketed.

          find high-oleic sunflower oil, very good fatty acid profile, pretty much as good as olive oil. too much saturated fat isn't good, monounsaturated seems to be always-good, omega-3 good, omega-6 a-little-is-fine. at least that's what RCT studies actually show, vs scare tactics around the evil arachidonic acid metabolites.

          The worst oils for you are olive oil and avocado oil but everyone keeps these in their kitchen. Sunflower oil and margarine is all I cook with.

          what the hell are you on about, i'm not sure if i've ever found a study saying olive oil is bad for you, or any worse than any other kind of fat/oil. got a RCT study that shows olive oil had worse outcomes than.. any other fat/oil whatsoever?

      Sugar in food is what's causing people to get obese and or have high body fat percentages.

      Cut out sugar and you will lose bf percentage. Idgaf how many calories you eat, if you cut out sugar you will almost guaranteed lose bf percentage.

      the volume of antioxidants that makes it into an oil, even cold pressed virgin stuff, is minuscule compared to a small serving of fresh fruit or veg. but a small amount of anything isn't going to hurt you, so go nuts.

      Anything with preservatives, nitrites and nitrates used to kill bacteria. It also kills your gut bacteria. Artificial sweeteners do the same.

      if your food producer isn't incompetent, nitrates/nitrites should only be present enough to prevent spoilage with very little remaining intact, and any possible damage you think it might cause once ingested can be mitigated with vitamin c (look up nitrosamine + ascorbic), so if you're worried about anything preserved with them just make sure you also have something containing even a small amount of vit-c.

      You need to ground up fresh nutmeg cloves to get high off it, and I'm pretty sure you have to eat it, I don't think smoking it works.
