Wouldn't it make more sense to just ignore the "unhealthy" high-carb foods like fast food slop without cutting out the actually nutritious high-carb foods too?     Yeah, just eat a healthy, balanced diet. Get some meat, get some fruits, veggies and whole grains. Avoid sweets, fast food and processed gunk. Eat reasonable portions and try to create a calorie deficit if you wanna lose weight. It really is that simple.

    instead it starts using ketones made from fat
    it's effective as a weight loss diet
    it's not necessary for a healthy life, carbs from fruits and potatoes and whole bread is good
