      you just get shittier fries. just add a minor coat to regular frozen fries, and put em in the oven. theyl taste great, and most of the oil will run off.

      the way we make it, in the factory, is the same way we make it for high end restaurants. the only diffrence is the type of cut, and type of potato. most people dont even know how to make em crispy

    I do both cardio and lifting. Goyslop is my friend when I need to get the calories in and don't have time to prepare the meals properly. It is hard to eat 4000+ calories a day completely clean. If you are a powershitter/sedentary person than you shouldn't ever eat goyslop.

    you need to eat something else to satiate your salt/fat cravings
    I used to be the same

    until you realize that these bros just hack your sense of taste and appeal to what you naturally crave (salty/fatty and sugary foods)
    so the natural thing to do is to ''take back'' your sense of taste so you need to find natural foods to satiate your cravings
    for me now when I want to eat something salty/fatty I eat chicken breast with cheese and if I want to eat something sweet I eat fruit
    all the junk food cravings are gone now
