A lot of people do it wrong by focusing on the tip of the tongue rather than the rear third and fail to create suction. If you do it correctly you'll see a difference immediately

That was a mistake, but you should get to lifting asap. Just think if you had been lifting as you dropped the fat you would have some traps, thicker neck, peck muscles, shoulders, biceps. Not that you would have been massive and lean but those are all things that would approve your appearance. Plus you need to get leaner as you still have too much body fat, but because you have zero muscle you cant to that without going pure Christian Bale in The Machinist mode.
However you probably look 10 times better than you did as a fat frick so you are still better off, lift ASAP!

After you lost a considerable amount of fat, keep your test on check, gain some muscle definition then get some tatoos, full sleeves, maybe some chest tats. Then you're good, and ready to get some bunda

Just lift, run, stretch regularly, and fix your diet. You likely lost the weight because of not-eating, but that didn't strengthen your cardiovascular system. Pale skin deserves a rosy complexion brought on by good blood flow.
