Why would you mix sugar and honey together? Just use one or the other. I don't understand.
Powdered sugar is fluffy sugar
sugar and especially the corn starch that is in most powdered sugars will absorb excess fuilds from the honey so that the butter isnt goopy
It changes the texture. Honey is liquid enough to make the compound too runny if used alone. Powdered sugar dries and smooths the butter. As for using sugary butter, this should be a dessert not for appetizers. Shits basically just a pastry
texas roadhouse serves it as an appetizer before you get your menu and they give you unlimited refills on bread and butter
That's why I said it shouldn't be. Fricking ass backwards to half fill you on shitty carbs then sell you overpriced mid grade steak

Vegetables I guess, eat a shittonne and keep yourself feeling full + drinking lots of water. But that won't work because you'll get the shits with eating tonnes of veggies. Sadly, you'll have to suck it up like the rest of us and do without high calorie food all the time. My trick is to simply avoid all processed foods. Some anon posted an infographic once that showed processed foods on average are two thirds refined flour, sugar and seed oil with one third whole food. So since then I just avoid that stuff and it's actually pretty easy. So in other words just make everything at home from whole ingredients. If you're really lazy just do beans, rice and meat in a rice cooker. If you want sweets eat fruit or at max honey with yoghurt.
This anon is right. You have to realize 80% of supermarket food is inedible. It's like eating dirt and bugs. Internalize this thought - and you'll have an easier time avoiding all that garbage.
Only eat fruits, veggies, meat and grains from good sources, make salads, soups, and stews, etc. After a while you'll feel weird even thinking about eating most of the garbage normies stuff their mouths with.
high fiber and a lot of water
You know you're in america when
>sugar is added to butter
>sugar and honey are added at the same time
You know you're American when you
>have food
>can afford food
what food? americans eat industrial waste consisting of corn, soi and artificial aromas.
Europeans will be banned from eating meat and won't do shit about it. Yes, our Black folk subsist on corn syrup and industrial byproducts. That's a good thing.
americans are disgusting
>american butter
>it's butter but with sugar
can't make this shit up lmao
It's delicious though.
t. Recently moved to the states and seeing why americans are so fat. Their food is delicious, addictive, and absurdly fattening
Unironically keto (high protein, medium fats, low carbs).
You just eat meat and cheese all day. It's a piss easy diet and very hard to gorge yourself on it.
>minced chicken
>egg
>veggies
>low cal may, ketchup and mustard
>whatever bread you want
581 kcal. 3 per day, cutting
''butter''
If you don't care about diabetes or heart disease in 30 years, then keto with lots of animal products.
Keto reverses all heart disease risk factors
>would you like carby fat on your fatty carbs?
USA
Intermittent fasting, especially OMAD. Have one huge satisfying meal and nothing else for the rest of the day. Unless you're a turbo manlet, eating absolute slop, or both, you'll have a hard time eating more than your maintenance calories in one go.
Daily 5k run
lots of salads and steamed veggies. steamed asparagus or green beans (wrap in wet paper towel and microwave) with a little lemon juice taste great, as do salads made with lettuce, onion, tomato, olive oil, balsamic and pepper. cucumbers and baby carrots are a good snack.
