rdls and BSS are generally better than hip thrusts tbh, lengthened position > shortened position for glutes (if you want to train that position anyway do back extensions, you need way less weight and you don't need to spend 30 minutes loading plates to get up to your working sets and you get massive spinal erectors as a bonus)
The moment arm of a good morning is greater than that of a Romanian deadlift, so you can get more muscular stimulation out of less weight. This is helpful because good mornings will cause less axial loading (spinal compression) than a RDL, while providing the same muscular stimulation. This means that you can hit your hamstrings just as hard with a good morning as you would with an RDL, but with less spinal compression.
For this reason, you can do good mornings more frequently than RDL. Good mornings are a lot easier to recover from than RDL.
